Q. How soon will I receive my order?

automatically connected to a page with links to download
your file. This usually takes a matter of seconds for credit
card orders. Check orders may take several business

A. If you purchase through PAYPAL...
You are immediately sent an email confirming your
purchase which includes a link to a product download
page. This link is valid for only 48 Hours. If you have

NOTE: If you pay with an echeck, your product will not be delivered until your check clears through PayPal. This typically takes 3 to 5 business days
Q. I get a "Error 98" message, what should I do?
A. This a protection device to protect against
others using your "Back" button and getting to your credit
card information. If you enter your information and the transaction
is declined, you may have made an error in your data entry. You
must go back to any of the site pages and click the "download"
or "credit card art" buttons to start the process over.
Q. How does downloading work?

Downloading is the process of copying a file from a remote computer to your computer.
How Does it Work?
It's just like copying a file from a floppy disk to your computer's hard drive. In this case the internet is used as the "cable" connecting the two computers and transmitting the information. A software utility called a "Wizard" allows you to specify where on your computer you want to place the file .
How Long Does It Take?
It depends on the size of the file and speed of your computer and internet connection. With a fast connection and a fast computer our downloads happen in seconds. Slow could take up to a minute or so.
